                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM WANDA M. GREENE,
                   RELATIVE TO THE NORTHWEST GEORGIA FORCE
                   MAIN, TRACT NO. 114, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF
                   ONE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS
                   ($1,550.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Wanda M. Greene, relative to 
the
       Northwest Georgia Force Main, Tract No. 114, for a consideration
       of $1,550.00.
